Encore Premier hires Artist. Encore Premier has hired artist, Gretchen Weidner to install a mural in Encore’s new metro San Diego office. Jeff Davidson, President of Encore stated that Gretchen was his first choice after looking at her accomplished portfolio. Weidner just completed a large installation at the local Google offices in San Diego. The abstract mural will include notable areas in and around the city, such as historic Balboa Park and San Diego Bay.
